Package Your Items
Securely pack your unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to your local authorized carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
